ABOUT
Prestigious villa with contemporary architecture for 12 people offering light, refined spaces and comfort. With a separate outbuilding of the villa by a sun terrace and large heated pool, and an outdoor bar, you will immediately be conquered by the many amenities that the property offers.
Located in the middle of the peninsula of Cap Ferret, close to the shops of Petit-Piquey and the ocean beaches, it is the ideal place for tailor-made holidays with family or friends.

VILLA PROVISION
The main villa has a large living room, very bright, with refined furniture. The extension of the room overlooks a fully equipped kitchen and a table to take your meals inside. The living room also has a fireplace for the winter and air conditioning for the hot summer day.

Regarding the sleeping areas, the master bedroom has a queen size bed (160), a TV and direct access to the terrace and a large private bathroom with bath, walk-in shower and two washbasins.
For children, a large dormitory with 3 beds 140 cm will accommodate them. The dormitory can be easily separated into two "boy-girl" corners thanks to a set of sliding curtains.
2 beautiful bathrooms with basins and showers are available to the occupants of the dormitory.

DEPENDENCY PROVISION
Let's move on to addiction now. This one offers 3 big rooms very bright giving all on the terrace, with sight on the swimming pool.
Each room has its walk-in shower and its private toilet. Two rooms can be communicating if you wish and all of these dependencies offers air conditioning.
