THE APARTEMENT

Superb luxury apartment located on the 3rd floor of a bourgeois building. The apartment is arranged at an angle, offers an angular view on Porte-Dijeaux street and Puy Paulin square, and offers nice amenities such as moldings, parquet floor and fireplace.
On the sleeping side, three bedrooms are proposed by this apartment. The first one is a Master Bedrooom, with its private bathroom and a double bed. The two others each have a double bed and also have their private bathrooms.
The apartment is of standing and was realized with a lot of taste, for a calm and an exemplary comfort.

Located in one of the most beautiful districts of Bordeaux, all the shops and places of interest are within walking distance, in a few minutes.

DEPOSIT

A bank imprint of 750€ will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Swikly, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation. The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card. You will only have to pay a service fee of 9,21€.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.

EXCHANGES WITH TRAVELERS

One of our receptionists will contact you the day of your arrival to plan the time of your check-in.
Arrivals are normally from 4:00 pm to 8:30 pm, it is however possible to arrive later, on request, with an extra charge of 10 euros per extra hour.

THE AREA

From Mérignac Airport :
Take bus 1 from the Mérignac Airport stop to the Gambetta Mériadeck stop and walk 7 minutes.

From the St Jean train station :
Take tramway line C or D from the Gare St Jean stop to the Place de la Bourse stop and walk 7 minutes.

To park your car, parking on the streets is free only from 7pm to 9am and on Sundays and holidays.
The apartment does not have a parking lot, the public parking "Pey-Berland - Saint Christoly" is located 400 meters from the apartment.
The price for parking is 19€ for 24 hours.

Superb apartment

Just spent 7 nights with 2 couples. Location is superb, just inside the Old Town and local to all major sites. The apartment is stylish and functional - light and airy but easy to close-up and keep cool. Everything we used worked well - hot water, air con units, kitchen appliances etc. Check in and out easy via Whatsapp comms with concierge. Highly recommended for a happy time in beautiful Bordeaux.

Perfect location for shopping and eating

Great stay, helpful host. Excellent location. It was loud in the evening on the weekends but worth putting up with for the location. Not a crticism but there's no point booking here if that's a problem for you. It is so central. The stairs are a challenge so not suitable for small kids or those with a disability. There isn't a toilet in every ensuite bathroom which wasn't an issue for us but I don't think that was made clear. One room has a toilet and the others share a toilet in the hallway. Perfectly manageable for us. The apartement is beautiful and was perfect for our trip.

Amazing apartment

Great location, beautiful clean apartment. Stairs are tiring but that makes it so much more authentic and traditional. Apartment has all the facilities and very spacious. The host is amazing and helpful. The parking is not nearby but that’s the balance of living in the heart of this beautiful city.

Beautiful flat in Bordeaux

This apartment was just gorgeous and the neighborhood was everything we had hoped for. We could quickly hop on the tram to anywhere we wanted, including the trains. The restaurants in the area were divine. Our property manager was kind and helpful and punctual too! Only issue was the lack of a lift to get to this 3rd floor flat but it was well worth the views!

Excellent apartment

It is a cozy apartment in the city center, located close to everything - shopping centers, restaurants, public transportation, historical buildings. Each room has its own shower or bath tub. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a big dining table for big family or group of friends for lovely breakfasts, lunches and dinners.

Realmente hypercéntrico.

Tan céntrico que cuesta acceder a él. Es el único pero, que está en zona peatonal y a 74 escalones de altura. Por lo demás, está bien equipado, muy luminoso y decorado con gusto. Con muchos restaurantes cerca y las calles más comerciales a un paso.

Très bel appartement

L'appartement est très beau, impeccablement décoré et idéalement situé dans Bordeaux. Par contre, le service serait pour moi à améliorer : la concierge a omis de nous demander le chèque de caution le vendredi (un miroir était tombé dans l'appartement avant notre arrivée) donc elle a du repasser à l'appartement le samedi matin ; le propriétaire m'a laissé un message sur mon répondeur le samedi après-midi pour savoir si il pouvait passer pour prendre les mesures du miroir cassé ; le dimanche matin, les personnes pour le ménage sont arrivées 15min avant l'heure que nous avions convenu avec la concierge. Bref, nous avons eu le sentiment de devoir en permanence être en contact avec les personnes gérant l'appartement, alors que nous étions présents moins de 48h.

Sublime appartement

Très bel appartement, nous avons passé un séjour très agréable au cœur de Bordeaux. L'appartement est spacieux, les chambres équipées d'une salle de bain ou douche. La décoration est soignée et la vue dégagée. Juste un petit bémol, le bruit dans la rue, la nuit notamment, revers de la situation géographique.
