In the confirmation email mentioned above, you will find the name and contact number of your Hôte, the person who will welcome you, show you the details of the apartment and give you the keys.
In order to plan your check in, please let your Hôte know well in advance of your expected arrival time; knowing that your Hôte will also have your contact number and email address in case of he needs to get in touch with you directly.

Apartments are available for check in from 3pm to 9pm. If the guest requests an earlier check-in, we will try as much as we can to satisfy his request.
For check-in after 9pm, an additional cost of 15€ per hour will be invoiced on top of your rental price.
Check out time has to be planned with your Hôte at your arrival in the apartment during the check in, knowing that you have to leave the apartment between 8am and 10am.
Please note that leaving after 10.00am without prior authorisation will be penalised about 40 euros.
If you require a later departure, please ask your Hôte when you check-in if this is possible. We will try to accommodate you if the next arrival is not early the same day. If it is possible, you will be able to stay in the apartment until 5pm, paying 50% of the rental cost per night. Any departures after 6pm will be subject to an extra charge corresponding to the full price per night.
On the day of your departure, your Hôte will meet you at the arranged hour to inspect the apartment and receive back the keys.
The cleaning service will be performed prior to your arrival.
On the departure day, the customer is obliged to leave the apartment in a reasonable state. If all wastes are not correctly disposed of, dishes are not washed, or if the apartment is not tidied, an extra cleaning fee of 50€ will be charged to the guest.
