Surf” room : Queen size bed – 180 X 200, private bathroom with Italian shower, Corian sink, mirror and toilet.
Dressing room : bed 140 X190, private bathroom with bathtub, corian sink, mirror and toilet.
A sofa that converts into an extra bed can be considered on the first floor of the bedrooms.
On the ground floor, another bedroom completes the accommodation. It is accessible from the living room but has its own access to the house, ideal for the independence of a “nanny” or the autonomy of young adults.
Bedroom “Studio Chistera”: bed 140 x 190 with storage box integrated into the bed, also has its own private bathroom with shower and toilet.

FACILITIES & SERVICES
Two private parking spaces will be reserved for you in the closed car park of the property, essential during the summer season in this area of the beach.
A washing machine is integrated in a cabinet in the “Studio Chistera”. In addition, there is a large washing machine and dryer in the cellar, as well as a clothes line.
This cellar also has an additional refrigerator and a large capacity freezer (300L).

DEPOSIT
A bank deposit of 2500€ will be required as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Swikly, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation.

Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.
INTERACTIONS WITH GUESTS
One of our receptionists will contact you on the day of your arrival to schedule the arrival time. Check-ins are normally between 5 PM and 8 PM, and check-outs between 8 AM and 10 AM. It is possible to arrive later or leave later upon request; however, an additional fee applies:
