Nice and cosy studio for 2 people located in the heart of Bordeaux

THE ACCOMODATION

This pleasant and cozy studio will allow you an excellent base in the heart of Bordeaux, in a living and lively area, but quiet ! Completely renovated a few months ago, this beautiful studio tastefully decorated and located in a beautiful typical Bordeaux building will seduce you with its privileged location in the city !

With an area of 27m2 and located on the 2nd floor, it has all the necessary equipment for your comfort (Wifi, basic products, Nespresso coffee machine, hairdryer, TV, iron, fan).
With a sofa bed, it will be ideal to accommodate 2 people!

Sheets and towels are provided and will be freshly ironed upon your arrival!

DEPOSIT

A bank imprint of 250€ will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Swikly, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation. The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card. You will only have to pay a service fee of 3,27€.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.

EXCHANGE WITH TRAVELERS

Alatz will contact you on the day of arrival to schedule your check-in time.
Arrivals are normally from 4pm to 8.30pm, however it is possible to arrive later, on request, with a supplement of 10 euros per additional hour after 8.30pm.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

In front of an incredible monument of Bordeaux, you are 50 meters from the rue Sainte-Catherine (the longest shopping street in Europe !) And 500 meters from the Quays of Bordeaux, beautiful since their rehabilitation a few years ago. The Cathedral Saint-André, the Grand Theater or the Museum of Aquitaine are less than 10 minutes from the apartment, from which you can walk around the city !

From Mérignac Airport:
Take the bus 1 from the Mérignac Aéroport stop to the Bourse du Travail stop and walk for 7 minutes

From St Jean train station:
Take bus 1 from Gare St Jean stop to Victoire (Marne) and walk 6 minutes

To park your car, parking in the streets is free only from 7pm to 9am and on Sundays and public holidays.
The apartment has no parking, the public parking “Victor Hugo” is located 250 meters from the apartment.
The price for parking is 15 € for half a day.
