ACCOMODATION

This is a nice living apartment close to Cité du Vin where you can have a stop at the wine museum.
The apartment is made with an opten kitchen and a small balcony. The main room is separated from the living room. You will find all the confort you need to enjoy the city.
The city is ready to welcome you onboard !

DEPOSIT

A bank imprint of 250€ will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Swikly, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation. The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card. You will only have to pay a service fee of 3,27€.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.

EXCHANGE WITH TRAVELERS

One of our receptionists will contact you on the day of your arrival to plan your check-in time.
Arrivals are normally from 16h to 20h30, however it is possible to arrive later, on request, with a supplement of 10 euros per additional hour.

NEIGHBORHOOD

From Mérignac Airport :
Take the bus 1 from Mérignac Aéroport Station to Quinconces Station then take Tram B to Berge de la Garonne and walk to the apartment.

From St Jean Railway Station :
Take the Tram C or D to Quinconces, then change to Tram B to Berge de la Garonne and walk 250m to the apartment.

To park your vehicle, places in the streets is free only from 7pm to 9am and on Sundays and bank holidays.
The price for parking are 15€ for half a day.

CITY

Apartment of 35 m2 located near the International Wine Museum. An ideal geographical location to live the Bordeaux experience and discover the city’s assets.
Located on the 2nd floor of a new building, the apartment with terrace is new and the services are done with taste.
You enter the bright living room with its sofa bed, coffee table and TV.
Separate toilets, fully equipped bathroom with shower. Opposite, a bedroom has a double bed and cupboards at your disposal.

Wi-fi is free and assigned to this apartment.
It is 20min by tram from the station, 45min by taxi or 1h by bus from the airport.

The Check in time is from 4.00 pm till 8.30 pm its possible on request to arrive later with an extra fee of 10 euros per hour waiting from 8.30 pm

The Quarter

The ideal setting for a short stay or a long weekend.
The beautiful buildings are an excellent indication of the new Bordeaux. The land once belonged to an old Carthusian monastery (Carthusian in French, which leads to the current name, Les Chartrons), drained by the Dutch in the 17th century. It was once the home of English, Scottish, Irish, Scandinavian and German merchants who built beautiful houses and cellars. Cours Xavier Arnozan (formerly Pavé des Chartrons) is one of the most aristocratic and elegant streets in the city. It was always a sign of social status to live on the “Pavé” in the last century.

We recommend the Quai des Marques which is an ideal location with parking and a tram stop nearby where you can shop and have brunch in an open-air café overlooking the Jacques Chaban-Delmas bridge.
