Beautiful French shabby chic accommodation. Extremely comfortable room and very tasty breakfast. Within a short stroll of many points of interest in Bordeaux. Patrick and Helene went above and beyond to help in any way they could. Very friendly and hospitable. We had a lovely stay.

Nous avons séjourné dans la chambre Petit Verdot qui est très bien adaptée pour nous et le petit déjeuner est toujours délicieux.
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir lors de notre prochain passage à Bordeaux!

It was a very nice stay. The house has its own astonishing charme – new combinated with old. The owners are so nice and caring. Giving tipps what to do and to see in the city. Parking is safe.

My wife and I spent three nights at this charming bed and breakfast, staying in the Petit Verdot room. It’s a lovely old building, near to the St. Michel cathedral. Patrick and Helene are charming hosts, and went out of their way to make us comfortable. Helene’s brakfasts are beautiful, with beautiful fresh fruit and homemade yoghurt. Coffee was great too. Highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a short break in Bordeaux.

Patrick and Helene are very welcoming and charming hosts. The accommodation is very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The air conditioning was very welcome. The breakfast is plentiful and freshly made. The hotel is well situated and only a few minutes walk from the beautiful old city. We recommend staying at this hotel.

Brilliant find – a wonderful location in central Bordeaux, perfect for exploring the city on foot. The house is beautiful and so are the rooms (even better than in the pictures!), the breakfast was amazing – freshly squeezed orange juice, homemade yoghurt and granola, fresh bread, cheeses and homemade jams. Patrick and wife were great hosts and made sure we were well looked after and informed of the best walks in Bordeaux. We would certainly come back and highly recommend staying here!!

Dieses B & B war die schönste Unterkunf auf unserer Reise durch Frankreich. Das Zimmer ist gross und wunderschön eingerichtet, das Badezimmer und der Salon sind ebenfalls groszügig. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war jeweils das Highlight des Tages!

La Maison Des Vignes is located within walking distance to major attractions of Bordeaux, close to the river and to many restaurants and bars. The place is beautifully renovated, with stylish rooms and comfortable common spaces. The owners are wonderful and they create a great atmosphere in the house, also give very good tips for things to do. Plus, they provide fantastic breakfasts. Hard to leave, pleasure to go back to! Highly recommended for cosy Bordeaux visits.

This was an incredible place to stay in Bordeaux. You’ll be outside of the main tourist areas, but a short walk (or tram ride) from anything you want to see. And the personal touches are amazing—Patrick’s personal favorite walking tour and great restaurant recommendations, Helene’s homemade jams and yogurt for breakfast, space to spread out and relax in a historic house (actually, two historic houses joined together) with a great sense of modern style. Probably not the best spot if you have mobility issues due to an old stone staircase, but I would stay here any time I had the chance. Thanks for your amazing hospitality!

A beautiful place, within walking distance of everywhere in Bordeaux we wanted to go. Lovely roomy room with the best bed, super ( v big!) shower room and a really exceptional breakfast. Este hotelito con encanto no defrauda.
La habitacion espaciosa y muy cuidada su decoracion y lo mejor es el trato del matrimonio que lo regenta, sencillamente exquisito. El desayuno personalizado y todo muy natural y fresco.
Para concluir le pondria una estrella más si pudiera.

Loved our time at Patrick’s house. He made us feel very welcome. Gave us local tips on food and activities. The room was large & clean and the breakfast was great!

The rooms were immaculate, quiet, and the host and hostess were very helpful suggesting places to eat and shop. Right around the corner from a cathedral and restaurants as well as the market on Sunday. The bourse was a short walk down the river. Atmosphere and ambience and a wonderful breakfast to start your day. We will stay again on our next visit to Bordeaux.
