Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Patrick et Hélène. Les hôtes sont adorables. Ils ont fait tout pour que nous sentions comme à la maison.

Le petit déjeuner est extraordinaire. Tout est fait maison par Hélène. Nous avons très bien mangé chaque matin.

La chambre est impeccable. Elle était grande, lumineuse, décorée avec le goût.

Nous allons certainement revenir avec plaisir.

Patrick et Hélène sont très accueillants et à l’écoute. Ils ont une excellente connaissance de Bordeaux, des endroits où aller pour visiter et pour se restaurer.
La Maison des Vignes est étonnante dans l’originalité de sa conception. L’ensemble, chambres et pièces commune, mélange avec beaucoup de réussite modernité et authenticité.
A noter que cette maison est assez verticale et qu’il y a beaucoup de marches, qui contribuent à l’originalité de l’endroit, mais qui peuvent de pas convenir à des personnes à mobilité réduite.

Parfait, accueil, gentillesse

Deux nuits avec petit déjeuner exquis et accueil très sympathique d’Helene et Patrick. Emplacement idéal pour visiter Bordeaux à pied ou en tram. Bonnes adresses de restaurant alentour. Allez y sans hésitation !!

Je vous recommande vivement cette très belle chambre rue des vignes. C’est un lieu atypique et plein de charme qui a autrefois servi d’atelier d’artiste.
Hélène et Patrick vous y réservent un accueil chaleureux.

Patrick and Helene were wonderful and couldn’t do enough for you. The room was lovely and very French and the location was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again.

This couple must be well traveled themselves attention to details is great.
The house has been elegantly renovated blending the old house into the new dog size rooms,
the stairs needed to be navigated with care but a big part of the character of the house.
Location is walking distance to everything on offer.
Basically everything we where looking for was provided.
We felt at home and relaxed from the time we arrived.
Breakfast is very good & gluten free friendly.

This is a delightful place to stay. A comfortable and pretty room with excellent bathroom, a delicious breakfast and attentive hosts. It’s not suitable for anyone who has difficulty with stairs as it’s an old property, beautifully renovated, with steep stone staircases. But it’s located in an interesting area with great restaurants and a fabulous covered market nearby. I will send my friends!

Nous étions à Bordeaux pour une 1ere visite en amoureux.
La chambre et la maison sont très bien rénovées et décorées. Les hôtes sont très prévenants (plan des points à voir à l’arrivée). Le petit déjeuner était très bien : frais, copieux, varié.
Le seul (petit) bémol est l’emplacement : il est annoncé au centre du Bordeaux médiéval mais ce n’est plus le centre, il vaut mieux être près de la Bourse. Cependant nous avons tout fait à pied en moins de 20min à chaque fois.

Tout était parfait j’ai même eu du pain sans gluten pour le petit déjeuner et salade de fruits excellent

C’est certain que je vais recommander cet endroit à tout mes amis qui visiterons Bordeaux

We had a delightful stay in an architecturally stunning building. The hosts were fantastic and our experience in Bordeaux was wonderful. Breakfast was terrific and location was great! Can’t wait to come back.

I had 2 nights at LMdV and it was very enjoyable. Although it is in the heart of Bordeaux, it is not a touristy area, indeed it is mostly residential. Some of the houses on the street are a bit shabby so be careful about first impressions, until you get inside. It’s a bit of fun finding it by car the first time, especially if you don’t have a navigator, due to narrow streets and the one way system, but the parking is close by and secure. The room, Semillon, I stayed in was spacious clean, stylish and quiet. Breakfast was simple and filling around a communal table. Patrick and Helene were great hosts and I would not hesitate to return there if I return to Bordeaux.

The hosts were extraordinary, the breakfast totally fufillin and the room was roomy and comfortable. The location initially seems like it’s far away from city center, but it’s not. We loved the area, had plenty of dining options and, ultimately, it was totally peaceful spot.

Une excellente chambre vaste et très calme, très bien décorée, située à l’orée du centre ville. Un Acceuil idéal, prévenant et souriant, des petits déjeuners faits maison, sains, de grande qualité. Ambiance chaleureuse et conviviale. Attention : Pas de TV, et difficile d’accès pour les personnes qui ont des difficultés avec les escaliers . Sinon, je recommande sans hésiter.

Never seen such a warm and prepared welcome. Received information, service and adresses that we would never have found somewhere else. Very helpful in any way. Rooms have all the comfort needed and score very high on hygiene. Breakfast was delicious.
We will certainly come back, which is something we are not used to.

Patrick was so patient with us as we speak very little French! He and Helene were very welcoming and helpful and the breakfast was delicious.
The location is so handy for all the sights and I would highly recommend Maison du Vignes to anyone planning to visit Bordeaux.

La maison et la chambre sont agréables. L’aménagement intérieur est spacieux et bien aménagé.
Le petit déjeuner est copieux, avec des produits maison et frais.
Les hôtes sont discrets et disponibles.
La maison est bien située, à proximité de la gare et du centre historique de Bordeaux.

Seul bémol, l’isolation phonique de la chambre (ballon d’eau chaude, coin bibliothèque).

The rooms were very clean and lovely furnitured. The breakfrast was great and the Location close to the City Center is great.
We would stay again in this hotel next time in Bordeaux and recommen everyone to stay there.

Tout était parfait, un lieu atypique, un couple tout à fait charmant et de très bons conseils, une chambre spacieuse très bien décorée ainsi que la sdb, un super pdj avec orange pressée et une salade de fruits excellente !!!
Si nous retournons à Bordeaux nous reviendrons sans hésitation … et nous donnerons l’adresse à nos amis !!

Everything from the warm welcome to the brilliant location made the Maison des Vignes the perfect base to explore and enjoy Bordeaux. Patrick and Helene were incredibly kind and helpful with maps and advice to make our stay a great experience. The room we had was big with character and scrupulously clean with a high quality of furnishings and bedding. Each day started with the most delicious breakfast including fresh fruit salad the most amazing home made granola, fresh squeezed orange juice and fresh assortment of breads and a spread of wonderful home made jams. The Maison des Vignes is located just five minutes walk from a huge market; one of the best I’ve seen in Europe and just 15 minutes walk from town and 5 minutes down to the river. We also benefited from the parking arrangement which was very convenient and our car stored in a spacious and safe location a few minutes away on foot. Should we have the good fortune to return to Bordeaux I would most definitely return here as it is such a wonderful place and Patrick and Helene the most perfect hosts.

Like all other reviewers wrote, you will have a very pleasant stay. Great hosts, room, house, location. Can totally recommend the place!

My wife and I stayed for 5 nights a La Maison des Vignes.
The house is very unique and beautifully restored. The location was 15 minutes walk to the centre of the old city.
The area in general was quiet and safe and we had no issues with sleep – no nightclubs within earshot
The bedroom and the house in general was very clean and tidy and the breakfast was perfect with fabulous home made jams the highlight.
The owners – Patrick and Helene – were very welcoming and terrific help when planning the holiday and the routes to take to get through the city to see all of the sites.
All in all we had a lovely stay in a beautifully restored house and would have no hesitation returning

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour à Bordeaux. Patrick et son épouse sont des hôtes très accueillants qui vous préparent des petits déjeuners à se damner! La chambre est joliment décoré et spacieuse, la literie excellente. Je recommande cette adresse. Vous ne le regretterez pas.

My husband and I have never been huge fans of B&B style accommodation, however, Patrick and his wife were incredibly warm and generous hosts, providing us with a unique insight into French living in the gorgeous city of Bordeaux. The home is immaculate and the rooms very generous in size.

O atendimento dos donos foi excelente, Patrick fala inglês e é muito atencioso. A limpeza era impecável, quarto espaçoso, confortável e muito charmoso. O café da manhã era delicioso. A localização tb muito boa, rua calma e acesso fácil a pé para vários dos pontos turísticos.
