## THE ACCOMMODATION
Spread over four floors, the four independent apartments total more than 220 m² and can accommodate up to 15 guests. Each floor features its own apartment, offering everyone comfort, privacy, and independence while allowing for convivial moments in an elegant and harmonious setting.
Each apartment, approximately 55 m², combines authenticity with modern design. They include a bright living area with lounge and TV, an open-plan fully equipped kitchen (oven, stovetop, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, complete tableware), and two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with a double sofa bed. Each apartment also has a contemporary bathroom with walk-in shower, a separate WC, and reversible air conditioning. The first floor additionally benefits from a private balcony.
For your comfort, the building provides high-speed Wi-Fi, bed linen, and towels. A baby cot and high chair can be provided upon request, with an additional fee. Whether you’re traveling with family, friends, or for business, the property offers high-end accommodation designed to combine space, independence, and well-being.
## SECURITY DEPOSIT
A €1,200 security deposit will be required for the rental. Managed securely online through Swikly, this payment link must be completed before arrival.
The amount is neither blocked nor withdrawn and does not affect your card’s spending limit. Only a small service fee will be charged.
Within seven days after your departure, and provided the property is returned in perfect condition and all terms and conditions are met, the operation is automatically canceled.
## THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Located in Bordeaux’s chic and vibrant Golden Triangle district, you’ll have easy access to luxury shops, Michelin-starred restaurants, traditional brasseries such as Le Noailles, tourist attractions, and art museums like the Museum of Fine Arts, as well as the Public Garden and the Place de la Bourse — all within walking distance.
On one side, the district is bordered by Cours Georges Clémenceau and Place Tourny, forming the famous Golden Triangle with Place de la Comédie, Place des Quinconces, and the Grand Théâtre. The Place des Grands Hommes area, a neoclassical gem, reflects the renewed urban vision that followed the French Revolution.
On the other side stand City Hall (Palais Rohan), Saint-André Cathedral, and the Pey-Berland Tower, topped by the golden bronze statue of the Lady of Aquitaine.
## ACCESS
From MĂ©rignac Airport:
Take Tram A or Bus 1 from MĂ©rignac AĂ©roport to the Gambetta MĂ©riadeck stop, then walk about 12 minutes.
From Saint-Jean Train Station:
Take Tram C from Gare Saint-Jean to Quinconces, then walk about 4 minutes.
Parking:
Street parking is free only between 7 p.m. and 9 a.m., and on Sundays and public holidays.
The apartment has no private parking, but the Clémenceau-Auditorium public car park is located just 50 meters away. The daily rate is approximately €22 per day.
