Elegant and bright studio for 2 people in the heart of the historic centre

THE ACCOMODATION

This pleasant and cozy studio will allow you an excellent base in the heart of Bordeaux, in a living and lively area, but quiet ! Completely renovated a few months ago, this beautiful studio tastefully decorated and located in a beautiful typical Bordeaux building will seduce you with its privileged location in the city !

With an area of 20m2 and located on the 2nd floor, it has all the necessary equipment for your comfort (Wifi, basic products, Nespresso coffee machine, hairdryer, TV, iron, fan).
With a sofa bed, it will be ideal to accommodate 2 people!

Sheets and towels are provided and will be freshly ironed upon your arrival!

DEPOSIT

A bank imprint of 250€ will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Swikly, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation. The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card. You will only have to pay a service fee of 3,27€.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.

EXCHANGE WITH TRAVELERS

Alatz will contact you on the day of arrival to schedule your check-in time.
Arrivals are normally from 4pm to 8.30pm, however it is possible to arrive later, on request, with a supplement of 10 euros per additional hour after 8.30pm.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

In front of an incredible monument of Bordeaux, you are 50 meters from the rue Sainte-Catherine (the longest shopping street in Europe !) And 500 meters from the Quays of Bordeaux, beautiful since their rehabilitation a few years ago. The Cathedral Saint-André, the Grand Theater or the Museum of Aquitaine are less than 10 minutes from the apartment, from which you can walk around the city !

From Mérignac Airport:
Take the bus 1 from the Mérignac Aéroport stop to the Bourse du Travail stop and walk for 7 minutes

From St Jean train station:
Take bus 1 from Gare St Jean stop to Victoire (Marne) and walk 6 minutes

To park your car, parking in the streets is free only from 7pm to 9am and on Sundays and public holidays.
The apartment has no parking, the public parking “Victor Hugo” is located 250 meters from the apartment.
The price for parking is 15 € for half a day.

Emplacement idéal
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans l’appart’ hôtel, idéalement situé en plein centre de Bordeaux et à côté de la rue Sainte Catherine. Le logement est bien équipé, propre et moderne (manque un peu d’insonorisation). Je recommande !

Perfect gelegen in het centrum van Bordeaux, vlakbij winkelstraat, supermarkt en tram. Zeer proper en vrij nieuw gerenoveerd. Matras is wat aan de dunne kant, maar heb er prima op geslapen. Keuken is in orde, misschien dat een goed keukenmes ontbreekt. De vloerbekleding in laminaat maakt wel wat kabaal. In mijn appartement was de verduistering niet top, dus het wordt snel licht in de kamer. Ontvangst is prima, duidelijke communicatie en vriendelijke mensen. Ik ga er zeker terug!

Great location, lovely host
The host alatz met us and he was really warm and friendly. He explained everything to us and was very patient with us. The apartment was cosy and really nice, in a very central location, not a far walk from many museums and sights. My sister and I really enjoyed our stay, and hopefully stay again.

L’appartement était tout simplement impeccable, accueillant, propre, bien placé.

Wonderful Apartment in the best Location of Bordeaux!
A friendly welcome with best informations. Everything was there for our stay in Bordeaux. The ancien appartement was very cosy and pretty near to the Rue St. Catherine, which is one of the pedestrian streets. There you have all what you need, a supermarket , a lot of magasines and Restaurants. Bordeaux has a lot to visit. The cité du vin, Place de la Bourse with the watermirrior are only two Little things. It is easy to spend more than a week—end there. Bordeaux est trés sympa!

Appartement confortable, bien isolé, propre et bien décoré. De plus il est très bien situé.
Petits axes d’amélioration: des produits (vaisselle et douche) et un ventilateur systématiquement dans chaque appartement car il y fait vite chaud.
