THE ACCOMMODATION

This pleasant, warm and cosy studio apartment will provide you with an excellent pied-à-terre in the heart of Bordeaux, in a lively and animated, yet quiet, area! Entirely renovated a few months ago, this beautiful studio, tastefully decorated and located in a beautiful building typically from Bordeaux, will seduce you by its privileged location in the city!

With a surface area of 20m2 and located on the 3rd floor, it has all the necessary equipment for your comfort (Wifi, basic products, Nespresso coffee machine, hairdryer, TV, iron, fan).
Equipped with a double bed (140cm) as well as a convertible sofa, it will be ideal for 4 people!

Sheets and towels are provided and will be freshly ironed on arrival!

DEPOSIT

A bank imprint of 250€ will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Swikly, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation. The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card. You will only have to pay a service fee of 3,27€.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.

EXCHANGES WITH TRAVELLERS

Alatz will contact you on the day of your arrival to schedule your check-in time.
Arrivals are normally from 4pm to 8.30pm, but it is possible to arrive later, on request, with an extra charge of 10 euros per extra hour.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

In front of an incredible monument of Bordeaux, you are 50 meters from the rue Sainte-Catherine (longest shopping street in Europe!) and 500 meters from the Quais de Bordeaux, magnificent since their rehabilitation a few years ago. The Cathedral Saint-André, the Grand Théâtre and the Musée d’Aquitaine are less than 10 minutes away from the flat, from which you can walk all over the city!

From Mérignac Airport :
Take bus 1 from the Mérignac Airport stop to the Bourse du Travail stop and walk 7 minutes

From the Gare St Jean :
Take bus 1 from the Gare St Jean stop to the Victoire (Marne) stop and walk 6 minutes

To park your car, street parking is free only from 7pm to 9am and on Sundays and public holidays.
The flat does not have a car park, the public parking “Victor Hugo” is located 250 meters from the flat.
The price for parking is 15€ for half a day.

    4. Great location in city centre

      Great base for spending couple of days in Bordeaux. Helpful staff. Basics all available in the apartment for simple cooking if needed. Not very spacious, but enough for sleeping in.

    5. Small but great location.

      We enjoyed our stay of 4 nights. It was the beginning of April,so not quite holiday season. We got around during the day sightseeing and it’s a great hub to go from.

    6. Bon séjour mais démarches chronophages

      Le studio correspond à l’annonce.
      Cependant, il y a beaucoup d’étapes à accomplir avant l’arrivée dans le logement qui sont parfois contradictoires et prennent du temps de préparation en plus.
      De plus, les horaires d’arrivée et de départ son assez contraignants (arrivée à partir de 16h et départ avant 10h).

    7. Bruit

      Trop de bruit- poubelles et les gens pendant la nuit.Mal sonorisé.
      Sombre étant donné les rideaux toujours fermé- la fenêtre qui donne sur local poubelles!!

    9. Du bon du moins bon

      Très bel emplacement, rez de chaussée sur cour, peu de lumière et d’ intimité. Studio pas prêt à 19h comme prévu mais à 19h30. Pas de papier toilette, signalé le matin, on l’attend toujours. Très mignon et propre cependant.

    10. Un agréable séjour

      Tout était bien que ce soit l’emplacement de l’appartement, sa décoration, ses équipements. Nous avons très bien dormis avec mes amis.

      Le seul point à relever sera l’isolation phonique au niveau de la porte d’entrée qui est très faible (nous entiendions les personnes parlaient dans le couloir ainsi que leurs pas).

      Mais dans sa globalité l’appartement est très bien, nous avons passés un agréable séjour !

    11. Fantastic location with great Wi-Fi!

      This apartment is located a really enjoyable 15 min walk from the town centre , with lots of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants nearby.
      It is down a side road so it’s relatively quiet outside.
      The Wi-Fi is great and the apartment was well furnished. It was perfect for a short break for the 4 of us.
      The only things that reduce the star rating are –
      It’s really hot- no idea why! It needs air con.
      It’s a bit noisy – lots of apartments means lots of people in and out slamming doors and loud talking.
      The mattress on the sofa bed is terrible – a bit of foam and nothing else.

      Overall a really good place to stay for the money.

    12. Bien placé

      Logement conforme à la description et propre. Stationnement parfois compliqué, prévoir un budget pour ceux qui sont en voiture. Mauvaise surprise en arrivant car la chambre sentait fort l’herbe, mais le problème a été vite réglé, la direction ayant repris la personne qui fumait dans la cour. Seul hic : le bruit des poubelles dans la cour sur laquelle la chambre donnait.

    21. APPARTAMENTO BORDEAUX

      Ottima la posizione proprio adiacente a Rue Santa Caterina , anche se trovandosi proprio di fronte alla sinagoga c’era il presidio militare che ogni volta che dovevamo passare ci chiedevano dove dovevamo andare .Purtroppo manca un armadio quindi i bagagli vanno lasciati a terra. La nostra stanza era al piano terra quindi comodissima per noi che abbiamo 2 bambini.
