THE ACCOMMODATION

This pleasant, warm and cosy studio apartment will provide you with an excellent pied-à-terre in the heart of Bordeaux, in a lively and animated, yet quiet, area! Entirely renovated a few months ago, this beautiful studio, tastefully decorated and located in a beautiful building typically from Bordeaux, will seduce you by its privileged location in the city!

With a surface area of 26m2 and located on the 3rd floor, it has all the necessary equipment for your comfort (Wifi, basic products, Nespresso coffee machine, hairdryer, TV, iron, fan).
Equipped with a double bed (140cm) as well as a convertible sofa, it will be ideal for 4 people!

Sheets and towels are provided and will be freshly ironed on arrival!

DEPOSIT

A bank imprint of 250€ will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Swikly, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation. The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card. You will only have to pay a service fee of 3,27€.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.

EXCHANGES WITH TRAVELLERS

Alatz will contact you on the day of your arrival to schedule your check-in time.
Arrivals are normally from 4pm to 8.30pm, but it is possible to arrive later, on request, with an extra charge of 10 euros per extra hour.

BREAKFAST

We offer a breakfast delivery service during your stay. Menus, details and prices will be available in the flat, and you can also ask your concierge for more information.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

In front of an incredible monument of Bordeaux, you are 50 meters from the rue Sainte-Catherine (longest shopping street in Europe!) and 500 meters from the Quais de Bordeaux, magnificent since their rehabilitation a few years ago. The Cathedral Saint-André, the Grand Théâtre and the Musée d’Aquitaine are less than 10 minutes away from the flat, from which you can walk all over the city!

From Mérignac Airport :
Take bus 1 from the Mérignac Airport stop to the Bourse du Travail stop and walk 7 minutes

From the Gare St Jean :
Take bus 1 from the Gare St Jean stop to the Victoire (Marne) stop and walk 6 minutes

To park your car, street parking is free only from 7pm to 9am and on Sundays and public holidays.
The flat does not have a car park, the public parking “Victor Hugo” is located 250 meters from the flat.
The price for parking is 15€ for half a day.
