The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook just like at home, with everything you need at your disposal: dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, refrigerator with freezer section, oven, microwave, a small metal table with two chairs, and a bar area with three stools.

– The apartment features a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed (180×200), perfect for a couple.
– In the living room, you’ll find a fold-away bed (140×200) cleverly hidden in a built-in closet.
– The modern shower room offers the perfect spot to unwind after a day at the beach.
🚗 Parking
You have a subscription card that gives you free access to the Indigo parking garage, located an 8-minute walk from the accommodation (maximum height: 1.80 m).
We recommend unloading your luggage near the accommodation before parking your vehicle. Please note that during peak season (July 14th, August 15th), the card does not guarantee a parking space.

The apartment is located just a few minutes’ walk from the town center, between Avenue de Verdun and local shops, near the Asiatica Museum (with an excellent bakery and pastry shop nearby!).
The Grande Plage is about an 8-minute walk away.
💳 Security Deposit
A €400 security deposit will be required for your stay. It is processed via a secure Swikly payment link and must be completed prior to arrival.
A small service fee of approximately €6 applies. The amount is neither blocked nor debited, and does not affect your card’s spending limit.
Within 7 days after your departure, and provided that the property is returned in good condition, the authorization will be automatically released.

Late arrivals on request:
