Its location is ideal, with local shops (boutiques, restaurants, ice cream parlors, grocery stores…), the train station and jetée Thiers are just a 10-minute walk away.
The apartment consists of:
-A main room with a sofa bed,
-A bedroom with a comfortable double bed and storage space,
-A shower room,
-A fully equipped and functional kitchen (Nexpresso machine, washing machine, dishwasher…).
Eyrac beach is directly accessible in 3 minutes through the nearby alley. An ideal neighborhood for a car-free holiday.
PARKING
Street parking is paid, but you can find free spaces in nearby alleys.
SERVICES
For all necessary comfort, bed linen, towels, and household linen are provided for 2 people. (If you wish to accommodate 4, we can set up the sofa bed for you. A supplement of €40 will be required for the stay.) Free Wi-Fi connection is provided for the apartment.
PETS
Pets are allowed in the house, subject to prior request. A fee of €50 per pet per week will be charged.
DEPOSIT
A €1000 security deposit will be required for the rental. Managed through the online and secure Swikly service in the form of a payment link, it is mandatory and must be completed before arrival at the accommodation.
The amount is neither blocked nor deducted and does not affect the usage limits of your credit card.
Within 7 days following your departure, and subject to compliance with the general sales conditions, as well as returning the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically canceled.
INTERACTIONS WITH GUESTS
Solène, a native of the region, will be present upon your arrival to welcome you and familiarize you with the apartment. She will also be available during your stay for any special requests or information.
