This splendid flat is located in a beautiful residence on one of the most sought-after avenues in Arcachon.
The 4-metre high ceilings decorated with elaborate mouldings, the old parquet floors and the 3 fireplaces will undoubtedly seduce all lovers of old-fashioned charm; the whole has been renovated by an architect. The decoration is refined with high quality materials.
Located 5 minutes walk from the beach and a few minutes from the town centre, its location is ideal for visiting Arcachon and its surroundings.
The cycle track linking the Dune du Pilat, the Moulleau and Arcachon passes at the end of the avenue.
FLAT LAYOUT
You enter the house through the main access, opening onto the impressive entrance hall that characterises these buildings.
The accommodation is on the main landing.
As you enter, you reach the large dining room which, in its extension, leads you to the south-facing terrace offering a view of the garden without being overlooked. It has a surface area of 35 m2, with a plancha and dining area.
The garden is of course accessible to the tenants.
On the right, the kitchen, perfectly equipped (Nespresso, filter coffee machine, citrus press, toaster, dishwasher, two fridges, oven and all the necessary equipment) will allow you to cook like at home, it is open to the bright living room, very comfortable with its two large sofas and design armchairs.
BEDROOM AND BATHROOM LAYOUT
To the left of the dining room is the 35m2 master suite (bed 180×200), with its TV lounge area, and bathroom with shower and toilet.
The 3 other double bedrooms, one of which has a terrace, (bed 160×200) with TV, are in a row in the corridor, two of which have their own private shower room.
The other 2 bedrooms (more for children) are respectively to the right and left of the entrance hall, both on the same “boat” room format with two single beds (bed 90).
There is a final bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and tumble dryer.
A third toilet is independent in the corridor.
EXTERIOR
A gate access to the villa Saint Louis gives you access to a private garage at the back. Parking is free on the street for other vehicles.
Just continue up the avenue for 100m to access the Pereire beach.
FACILITIES & SERVICES
A Wifi connection is of course available and allocated to the accommodation.
Two baby cots with mattresses and a booster seat are at your disposal.
DEPOSIT
A bank imprint of 2000€ will be requested as part of the rental. This is in the form of a payment link and is managed by the secure online service Swikly. It is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation.
The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limits. You will only have to pay a service charge of €6.24.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.
EXCHANGES WITH TRAVELLERS
Solène, a native of the region, will be present on your arrival to welcome you and familiarise you with the flat. She will also be available during your stay for any particular request or information.
