This superb renovated house, in the heart of Arcachon and on the edge of the beach will be the perfect place to stay for your holidays!
With a surface area of 240m2 on 3 levels and able to accommodate up to 12 people, this villa with its many assets will offer you an idyllic stay in perfect immersion on the Bay of Arcachon!
Just a stone’s throw from the Eyrac jetty, you can reach the beach in a few seconds and enjoy a spectacular view of the Bay. The cycle track linking the Dune du Pilat, the Moulleau district and Arcachon is at the foot of the villa, and will greatly facilitate your bike rides!
This historical villa promises you an unforgettable stay “feet in the water” where your only worries will be to choose the terrace where to settle down, and the time to go to the beach.
VILLA LAYOUT
Enter the villa, on the ground floor, where you will find the entrance and its laundry room as well as a separate toilet. You will then arrive in the independent kitchen, entirely renovated and perfectly equipped, proposing all the necessary to cook according to your desires. Then comes the living room of 55m2, spacious and bright, entirely turned towards the beach and the private terrace, which also has a sea view.
Then access the first floor where you will find a superb master suite offering a sea view, with queen size bed (160 cm) and private bathroom with shower. Two additional bedrooms are added to this level, each with a queen size bed (160 cm) and their own private bathroom (with shower). A separate toilet completes this first floor for the comfort of its occupants.
The second floor is more youth-oriented, with a fourth bedroom with two single beds (90 cm) and two other bedrooms each with a queen-size bed (160 cm). Again, each room has its own bathroom, the first two with a shower and the third with a bath.
Pleasant and spacious, each of the rooms allows its occupants to claim a certain comfort, and its own intimacy while privileging the calm.
EXTERIOR
On the outside, not one but three terraces bring a touch of space and volume to the villa, which is completely turned towards the outside.
The first terrace, facing south, will allow you to sunbathe for a long time before going to the beach. The second, on the Basin side, will allow you to have breakfast or an aperitif while looking across the Basin at the cabanes tchanquées of the Ile aux oiseaux.
The third and last terrace is accessible by a staircase and overlooks the beach, allowing you to get there instantly thanks to a direct and private access.
Each of these terraces has outdoor furniture (tables, chairs, benches and deckchairs) to allow you to live comfortably outdoors.
FACILITIES & SERVICES
The services available are numerous, notably thanks to the various exceptional terraces, their furniture as well as the parking space in front of the villa, which can easily accommodate 3 vehicles.
A Wifi connection is of course available and allocated to the property.
SWIKLY DEPOSIT
A compulsory bank deposit of 3.500€ will be required via the secure online service SWIKLY.
This amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limits, you will only have to pay the service fee charged (1.8%+0.25€).
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale and the return of the flat in perfect condition, this transaction is automatically cancelled.
EXCHANGES WITH TRAVELLERS
Marie, a native of the region, will be present on your arrival to welcome you and familiarise you with the villa. She will also be available during your stay for any particular request or information.
DEPOSIT
A 3500€ bank deposit will be required as part of the rental. Managed by the secure online service Swikly, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation.
The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limits.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.

Super service
Maison tres bien placee sur le front de mer d arcachon et a deux pas du centre ville. Nous avons apprecie l acces direct a la plage, la flexibilité sur les heures de check in et check out ainsi que le service de conciergerie pour remise des cles et location de velo sur place .
