Decorated with a lot of taste, this house offers a beautiful and spacious living room, with a fully equipped kitchen, a bar, a dining room and a living room open on a beautiful terrace. There are 4 bedrooms: one with a double bed (160cm) and its private bathroom (shower and toilet), a second with a double bed (140cm) and its private bathroom (shower), a third with 2 single beds (80cm), and a fourth children’s bedroom with 4 single bunk beds. There is a shared bathroom, with toilet.

The garden is large (900m2) and enclosed. Everything is gathered in this property to allow you to spend beautiful holidays on the Cap Ferret peninsula! Outside, you can enjoy grilling on the plancha / bbc or if you are looking for peace and quiet, you can sit on the hammock on the outdoor terrace at different times of the day.
