Welcome to our beautiful Blue House in Pyla, an ideal coastal paradise for unforgettable family vacations. This spacious and elegant villa, spanning 270m2, provides all the comforts for precious moments with your loved ones.
Situated in a quiet residential area, our villa offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant holiday. With expansive indoor and outdoor spaces, this property is the perfect place to relax and recharge with family or friends.
The villa features 6 spacious bedrooms, with a total of 4 bathrooms. The decor is simple with beautiful natural light. You can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, spacious with all the necessary appliances to prepare delicious meals, a comfortable living room, and a friendly dining area for family meals.
VILLA LAYOUT
The villa is spread across 3 levels, with a sleeping area and views on the first floor, a bedroom, a large living room, dining room, kitchen, and terrace access on the main level, and another sleeping area on the ground floor, by the pool.
Bedrooms:
1 master suite on the first floor with a 180 cm bed offering a view of the Bassin, a workspace, an exercise bike, and a large bathroom with a corner bathtub and double sink.
1 second bedroom on the first floor with a 180 cm bed and a walk-in shower.
1 bedroom on the main level with a 160 cm bed and an attached bathroom with a shower.
3 bedrooms on the ground floor, two with a 160 cm bed and one with a 90 cm bed, perfect for the younger family members.
At this level, there is also a final bathroom, a separate toilet, a laundry room, and a small lounge.
Stepping outside on the ground floor, you can relax around a large private pool. A shaded terrace is also available for outdoor dining or barbecue evenings.
Located in Pyla, our villa enjoys a privileged location close to beaches, local restaurants, and tourist attractions. You can also explore the Dune of Pilat, the largest sand dune in Europe, just a few minutes away by car.
The rental of our villa also includes additional services to make your stay even more enjoyable. Linens, concierge service, and cleaning are included. We can also cater to various additional services. Our dedicated team is here to meet all your needs and ensure your stay is perfect.
AMENITIES & SERVICES
For the little ones, safety barriers can be set up around the pool.
A high chair and a crib can be provided.
Wifi is, of course, free and available within the villa.
You can park one vehicle in the driveway, and street parking is free.
DEPOSIT
A bank pre-authorization of €4000 will be required for the rental. Managed through the secure online service Swikly, it is mandatory and must be completed before arrival at the accommodation. The amount is neither blocked nor withdrawn and does not impact the usage ceilings of your credit card. Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically canceled.
COMMUNICATION WITH GUESTS
Solène, a local native, will welcome you upon arrival and familiarize you with the villa. She will also remain available throughout your stay and can offer you many services such as bike rental delivered on-site, boat rental, restaurant and/or activity recommendations, personal chef, babysitting, and more.
