Located on the edge of forest under Natura 2000 protection, the International Golf Arcachon is a 5-minute walk from the house. The ocean beaches, the center of Arcachon, the Dune of Pilat or the famous village of Moulleau are just a 10-minute drive away.

LAYOUT OF THE VILLA

The living room, very bright and nicely colored, offers you a large corner sofa and a coffee table, forming the TV corner.
In the extension of the living room is the kitchen, modern and fully equipped, it has absolutely everything you need.
This large is spacious and very bright by the windows overlooking the terrace facing south.

ROOM AND ROOM OF WATER

The rooms are 3 in number.
The first has a double bed and a large dressing room.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a small desk.
The third bedroom is equipped with a second double bed.

The bathroom, very bright, offers both a shower and a bath and also has a double vanity unit and a towel dryer.

EQUIPMENTS & SERVICES

Washing machine and tumble dryer are available.
You can use Netflix, Prime Video and My Channel for free on TV.
The wifi is obviously available and free in the house.
A plancha is available on the terrace.
One of the bedrooms as well as the living room and dining room are equipped with a reversible air conditioning.

OUTSIDE

The terrace, very welcoming will allow you pleasant moments of relaxation, whether to have a meal, an aperitif or to relax on a deckchair in the sun.
A sofa-table corner is also present, which you can enjoy while watching the typical pines of the region.

DEPOSIT

A bank imprint of 1500€ will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Swikly, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation. The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.

Solène, native of the region will be there to welcome you, give you the keys and will remain available during your stay to advise you or respond to your specific requests (rental of bikes, boats, ideas for outings or activities, tips, restaurants …).
