With its terrace and sunny garden, it will be the perfect pied à terre for a stay in Le Ferret. In the immediate vicinity of restaurants, shops and especially the Bélisaire pier, you can get to the beach in just 5 minutes on foot. In the heart of the shopping centre, the house will nevertheless bring you calm and rest, as it is located in the second line.

With a large and bright living room, decorated in the local style, where you will find a convivial kitchen, a sofa and a large dining table, this charming house opens onto a large terrace and a large garden, not overlooked, with two hammocks and outdoor furniture, ideal for meals and relaxing moments! The outside terrace has a great feature: a barbecue!

During the hot summer afternoons, you can choose to sit on a hammock in the sun, or in the cool shade of a palm tree. This large terrace adds a touch of space and volume to the house.
A fully equipped terrace for entertaining and sharing convivial moments with a view of this large garden without vis-à-vis, is a major asset for a pleasant and peaceful holiday.
