This superb villa in a privileged environment will make your stay exceptional and intense! Designed to accommodate 8 peoples, its long pool and sun terrace and direct access to the top of the Dune du Pilat will offer you a perfect immersion in the Bassin d’Arcachon!
Just a 5-minute walk from the hotel-restaurant La Corniche, you can savor a delicious cocktail while admiring the Banc d’Arguin in front of you, having spent the afternoon at the beach of the same name.
The bike path connecting the Dune of Pilat, Moulleau and Arcachon starts a few hundred meters from the villa.
VILLA PROVISION
When you enter the property, surrounded by beautiful vegetation, the villa and its large garden will face you. The large bright and spacious living room has a TV area with many sofas and armchairs, all overlooking the garden. Large windows allow you to access the terrace, which has a table and its 6 chairs and an additional sofa, where you can enjoy your meal by looking at the top of the Dune in the garden. In the extension of the living room is the kitchen, quality and fully equipped, with kettle, oven, dryer, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster and dishwasher.

You will have to choose between the 6 deckchairs under the umbrellas or the sofa area outside the sun. A small table service is also available, to put your refreshments or your book time for a jump in the pool. It will also be possible to extend your evening on the terrace, which is lit up with warm and pleasant tones.

The services available are many, including the pool and the parking space in front of the villa, which can accommodate 2 to 3 cars.
A Wifi connection is of course available and attributed to the property.
DEPOSIT
A bank imprint of 4000€ will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Swikly, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation. The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.
