This splendid wooden house will make your stay unique and relaxing! You should enjoy yourself in this wooden house, 100m2, recent and tastefully decorated. The living room and the outside terrace, major assets of the property, are spacious, bright and very functional.
VILLA LAYOUT
The spacious living room and the fully equipped kitchen will make you feel at home. Two bedrooms are available, each with its own private bathroom. The front terrace of 24m2 is south-west facing and has comfortable outdoor furniture. Here you can enjoy refreshing aperitifs at the end of the day in the sunshine.
At the back of the house, a small garden will allow you to have a barbecue while enjoying warm summer afternoons! The front terrace is suspended and overlooks part of the forest, and on the other side the roofs of the houses, which guarantees you a stay where calm, rest and serenity will be the key words.
BEDROOM AND BATHROOM LAYOUT
Concerning the night spaces, there are two bedrooms. These two pleasant bedrooms allow everyone to enjoy their own comfort and privacy, while favouring calm.
The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a double bed and a bedside table with direct access to the bathroom. This bathroom has a double washbasin and a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom, perfect for children, has two single beds and access to a bathroom with a single washbasin and walk-in shower.
EXTERIOR
Outside, a table, four chairs and two sunbeds are available, which you can arrange as you wish, to enjoy the sunshine, or on the contrary, be satisfied with the summer breeze, well installed in the shade.
EQUIPMENT & SERVICE
A Wifi connection is of course available and allocated to the property. You can park your car in front of the garage (not inside as it is not available).
Linen is not included in the rental price, but can be provided at extra cost.
LOCATION
The centre of Cap Ferret is only a 7min bike ride or 12min walk away, and the famous Plage des Américains, a beautiful and very pleasant beach, is a 5min walk from the property.
