On the ground floor of the Villa:

– A very large room, ideal for children with 2 beds 80 (or 160), with access to the outside
– A bathroom with 1 WC

All the necessary equipment is provided in this villa including for infants and toddlers (Safety gate on the stairs, Cot, and high chair)

Possibility to park two cars and the surrounding environment allows to park easily in front of the villa

Linen, kitchen towels and towels are provided. The beds will be freshly prepared before your arrival.

DEPOSIT

A bank imprint of 3000€ will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Swikly, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation. The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.
