– A very large room, ideal for children with 2 beds 80 (or 160), with access to the outside
– A bathroom with 1 WC
EQUIPMENTS & SERVICES
All the necessary equipment is provided in this villa including for infants and toddlers (Safety gate on the stairs, Cot, and high chair)
Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Central Steam, Kettle, Plancha, Reversible air conditioners in all rooms, WIFI, TV, fridge / freezer…
Possibility to park two cars and the surrounding environment allows to park easily in front of the villa
Linen, kitchen towels and towels are provided. The beds will be freshly prepared before your arrival.
DEPOSIT
A bank imprint of 3000€ will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Swikly, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation. The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.

Location Villa Fournier au Pyla
We had a fabulous holiday in Pyla (Arcachon Bay) this summer and can highly recommend the villa Fournier. Very good communication with Bordeaux Locations and Solène. Great location to get to the beach, the club de voile, le Mouleau, the bars etc. We were a mixture of ages and the layout suited everyone perfectly. The house is very comfortable and very well equipped and makes you feel straight away “at home” (just missing a dish to make a quiche!).
