VILLA LAYOUT
Once you enter the villa, you will arrive in the large, bright, well-decorated living room, which is entirely exterior-facing. Adjacent to the living room is a well-equipped open-plan kitchen with a small bar and stools, which separate the kitchen from the dining/living area.
The house is very well insulated and will remain cool even in the summer months, so you can choose to enjoy the interior of the villa from the comfort of one of the sofas in the living room, or enjoy the warmth and sunshine on the terrace.
BEDROOM AND SHOWER ROOM LAYOUT
Four large bedrooms make up the sleeping area of this villa, each with a private bathroom.
The first two bedrooms each have a queen size bed (160x200cm) and private access to their own shower rooms.
The third bedroom has a double bed (140x190cm) and also has an en-suite shower room.
The last bedroom, ideal for children, has 3 single beds and its own private access to a bathroom.
Three bathrooms have a single washbasin and an Italian shower, and the last one has a bath and a single washbasin.
These pleasant rooms allow you to enjoy your own comfort and privacy, while favouring calm.
EXTERIOR
On the outside, the terrace brings a touch of space and volume to the villa, which is completely turned towards the outside.
Fully equipped with garden furniture (table, chairs, bench) to receive people and share convivial moments, it will allow you to have breakfast or an aperitif, while enjoying the weather.
