VILLA LAYOUT
Enter the main living room and discover a vast space, conducive to conviviality, facing the bay. The living room, which is entirely open-plan, will welcome you as it should, with its spacious sofa. The living room also has a wood-burning stove, which is very welcome in the off-season in this property, which is already warm by nature.
You can also access the terrace overlooking the garden and its swimming pool.
A fully equipped kitchen, semi-open thanks to its bar, is located in the extension of the room. Equipped with all the necessary equipment, you will be able to cook as if you were at home, and receive people for dinners or aperitifs.
A bathroom and a separate toilet are also located on the ground floor of the property.
On the first floor the sleeping area begins, with three bedrooms with sea views and two bathrooms, one of which has a toilet.
A family suite is also located on the second level.
There are a total of three bedrooms with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. Pleasant and spacious, these rooms allow everyone to enjoy their own comfort and privacy, while favouring calm.
EXTERIOR
The garden is composed of two beautiful terraces, one of which is made of wood and surrounds the large heated swimming pool of 12m x 4.50m. The sunshine is maximum, as the east-west orientation will allow you to enjoy the sunshine from breakfast to the aperitif.
