This superb and pleasant villa in a privileged environment will be the perfect place for a quality holiday on the Basin! Elegantly decorated, every detail has been thought of to make your stay as comfortable as possible, and the services of the property are numerous.

VILLA LAYOUT

The property has an ingenious layout, starting with the garden and terrace, where you can enjoy a heated swimming pool, plenty of space to relax and an outdoor bar for sunny meals and aperitifs.

Inside, enter the bright, spacious living room, which is entirely open-plan. Two leather sofas arranged around the fireplace and wall-mounted TV, and a dining table make up this pleasant living area. In the extension of the room is a large kitchen, fully equipped, which will allow you to cook like at home. The beautiful central quartz island will also provide you with space for preparing your meals or simply for sitting around.

BEDROOM AND SHOWER ROOM LAYOUT

On the night side, you will have 4 pleasant bedrooms at your disposal, equipped with quality bedding. Spacious and comfortable, they will allow everyone comfort and privacy.

The first bedroom, which is the master suite, has a king size bed (180x200cm), an armchair, a double dressing room and a private shower room with double basin and walk-in shower. This room has a view of the pool and direct access to the terrace.
The second bedroom is equipped with a king size bed (180x200cm) which can be separated and has 2 large cupboards for easy storage. The view on the pool is also a plus.
The third bedroom also offers storage cupboards, a view of the pool and this time a queen size bed (160x200cm).
The fourth bedroom has 2 single beds (90x200cm) and is ideal for children or teenagers.

In addition to the first bathroom, a second bathroom serves the 3 other bedrooms and offers an Italian shower but also a bathtub and a single washbasin.

EXTERIOR

The quality exteriors of the property will encourage you to live outside for a good part of your stay, and thus enjoy the sun and fresh air. The elegantly landscaped Mediterranean garden will also provide you with an appreciable dose of greenery and zenitude.
On the south-facing terrace, several relaxation areas are available to you, surrounding the heated swimming pool in which you can take a dip and cool off as you wish.

So, choose your favourite corner between the 4 sunbeds at your disposal, the outside dining table and its 4 chairs, the high table and its 2 stools or the low table and its 4 armchairs.

To enjoy the terrace day and night, a covered outdoor bar has a fridge and freezer, so you can use it for your meals and aperitifs outside. You will be able to have an aperitif in the sun, punctuated by endless games of ping-pong, while waiting for the meal made on the plancha. An outside toilet is located near the terrace.

The swimming pool has an electric roller shutter for maximum safety.

FACILITIES & SERVICES

Linen and cleaning are included in the price, the beds will have been freshly made up on arrival.
There are many facilities available, including a heated swimming pool, an outdoor bar, a pleasant Mediterranean garden and a parking space in front of the villa for your vehicle. There is also a shed dedicated to the storage of your bikes.
A Wifi connection is of course available and allocated to the property.

DEPOSIT

A bank imprint of 4200€ will be required as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Swikly, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation.
The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.

EXCHANGES WITH TRAVELLERS

Marie, a native of the region, will be present on your arrival to welcome you and familiarise you with the villa. She will also be available during your stay for any particular request or information.
