ABOUT US

Recently built, this superb Ferretcapienne wooden house will be the ideal place for a privileged stay, in Cap-Ferret, in the village of l’Herbe. Located in front of the beach with a direct view on the Bassin, the oyster beds and the Dune du Pilat, its garden and its terrace with perfect sunshine (facing East) will allow you to enjoy the sun during your meals outside.

VILLA LAYOUT

In the immediate vicinity of the beach and the small fishing village of L’Herbe, you will reside in this design and functional villa, during a stay where comfort will be the key word.
On the ground floor, you will discover a vast living room entirely turned towards the outside, with a TV corner with 2 sofas and various armchairs, a dining table and chairs for each guest. In the extension of the room is the American kitchen, fully equipped and functional, with two refrigerators.
This open and airy living area has direct access to the garden, which is an undeniable advantage.

Still on the ground floor, the first of the 5 bedrooms is a master suite with its own private shower room, with direct access to the terrace and view of the Bassin.
On the first floor, 4 additional bedrooms make up the main sleeping area. Each room is spacious and comfortable, with its own private shower room, guaranteeing comfort and privacy for everyone.
Two bedrooms each have two single beds, and the other two bedrooms each have a double bed.
A separate toilet is located on each level of the villa.

EXTERIOR

Outside this magnificent house you will find a terrace equipped with garden furniture (1 wooden table, 12 chairs, outdoor sofas, deckchairs, sunbeds, parasol, BBC), a fully fenced garden, gate to the car park and gate to the beach: secured (digicode and beep gate). The beach is only about ten metres away. This house is semi-detached on one side with its twin house, the gardens are independent and access to the shared car park.

FACILITIES & SERVICES

There are many services available, notably thanks to its terrace, its furniture and its 160m2 surface area.
A washing machine/dryer is available.
The property does not have a Wi-Fi connection.
Linen (bedding and towels) and cleaning at the end of your stay are included.
