Superb new villa for 12 people – 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms -, contemporary architecture with bright, refined volumes. It is made up of 3 floors, not overlooked with a dominant view over the basin located 200 meters as the birds fly.

The Villa

You access the ground floor of the house. From the very first steps, you will be captivated by the view and conquered by the house. This floor consists of a very large living room with a very large bay window comprising a lounge, dining room and fully equipped open-plan kitchen and cellar, all opening onto a first large terrace with a double exposure West and South, partly covered with a summer dining room. The master bedroom with its private bathroom is on this floor.

We take the inside stairs to access the mezzanine leading to a second living room and its office. The first floor extends to offer 3 bedrooms, each with its own identity (“the cocoon”, “the bourgeoisie” and “the vintage”), 1 bathroom and 1 independent toilet.

Going down to the ground floor, you will have access to 2 bedrooms with their own identity (“Ethnic” and “Beach”) with their own bathroom and direct access to the second terrace offering a 5*2.4m heated Jacuzzi with a counter-current swimming system. Please note the temperature could reach a maximum of 32 degres.

A bank imprint of 4200€ will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Swikly, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation. The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.

Une superbe Villa pour un séjour parfait
Nous avons réservé la Villa Angie pour un séminaire d’entreprise et nous n’avons pas été déçus. Le cadre est exceptionnel, avec une jolie vue sur la mer. La villa offre de belles prestations, et nous avons été parfaitement reçus. Tout est parfaitement agencé pour et nous avons grandement apprécié la terrasse et le jacuzzi.
Nous ne manquerons pas de la recommander autour de nous.

prestation incomplète
rapidement, la villa superbe, Marie l’interlocutrice sur place au top. rien à dire. Mais l’agence “le sejourneur” qui a capté ma demande via rbnb n’est pas au niveau. j’ai loué une villa avec jacuzzi/ bassin de nage chauffé et j’ai un bassin à 25°. ce n’est pas un détail car nous avions l’intention de profiter de cet équipement fin septembre. (c’etait une surprise pour nos invités) ca a fait fait flop mais pas dans l’eau!
A ma réclamation, l’agence répond: ce n’est pas un spa scandinave, c’est un grand bassin de nage donc c’est normal que cela reste à 25°. Pardon mais un jacuzzi présenté comme tel sur tout les doc c’est 35°. je me fiche d’etre dédommagé. ce que je reproche à l’agence c’est la mauvaise foi, le fait de ne pas assumer. Un minimum de compréhension m’aurait suffit.
mais là rien, juste un jeu de sémantique. c’est mesquin.
si je vous recommande la villa (malgré son bassin difficile à chauffer) je ne vous recommande pas cette agence.

Wonderful House!

Villa Cazenave
A great location and well maintained house, with excellent living and kitchen area with all mod cons. Well able to accommodate five couples for a marvelous 60th birthday long weekend. Hot tub and BBQ were put to good use as were the two kitchens and the decking terrace overlooking the sea. Marie @ Oui Marie provided great advance service ( catering etc ) and looked after us well throughout. We would definitely return. Edward & Debbie Speed – London – May 2019
