Located in the middle of the peninsula of Cap Ferret, close to the shops of Petit-Piquey and the ocean beaches, it is the ideal place for tailor-made holidays with family or friends.
VILLA PROVISION
The main villa has a large living room, very bright, with refined furniture. The extension of the room overlooks a fully equipped kitchen and a table to take your meals inside. The living room also has a fireplace for the winter and air conditioning for the hot summer day.
Regarding the sleeping areas, the master bedroom has a queen size bed (160), a TV and direct access to the terrace and a large private bathroom with bath, walk-in shower and two washbasins.
For children, a large dormitory with 3 beds 140 cm will accommodate them. The dormitory can be easily separated into two “boy-girl” corners thanks to a set of sliding curtains.
2 beautiful bathrooms with basins and showers are available to the occupants of the dormitory.
DEPENDENCY PROVISION
Let’s move on to addiction now. This one offers 3 big rooms very bright giving all on the terrace, with sight on the swimming pool.
Each room has its walk-in shower and its private toilet. Two rooms can be communicating if you wish and all of these dependencies offers air conditioning.
OUTSIDE
Finally, the very comfortable terrace has a large heated pool with a sunbathing area, a fully equipped outdoor bar (beer, coffee percolator), an electric griddle and a barbecue. relaxation area, consisting of two outdoor sofas, a coffee table and a large daybed under a shade sail to relax during the hot summer afternoons. The services offered by the villa are many, it has 2 DVD players, 4 TVs, a pinball machine, books, comics, DVDs, board games, pool games, a ping-pong table , a Weber brand barbecue, an electric griddle, an outdoor bar, 2 Nespresso coffee machines, a beer printer and an alarm.
The linens, bed and towels are included in the price of the service and the beds will be freshly prepared before your arrival.
EXCHANGES WITH TRAVELERS
Audrey will be present on your arrival to welcome you and familiarize you with the villa. She will also be available during your stay for any special request or information.
DEPOSIT
A bank imprint of 4200€ will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Swikly, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation. The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.
