A €1000 security deposit will be required for the rental. It is processed through a secure payment link managed by Swikly, an online service. This step is mandatory and must be completed before arrival. A small service fee of around €9.30 will apply. The amount is neither blocked nor charged and does not affect your card’s spending limit. Within 7 days after your departure, and provided the property is returned in perfect condition and all terms and conditions are respected, the pre-authorization is automatically cancelled.
