On the ground floor: A cozy apartment for 4 people. The living area includes a TV corner with a sofa bed, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen. The tastefully decorated bedroom is located in the souplex and features a double bed (140 cm). The bathroom, on the ground floor, is equipped with a walk-in shower and a vanity unit. This apartment is not recommended for children due to the steep staircase leading to the bedroom.
On the first floor: A bright apartment for 4 people. The living area consists of a TV corner, a bar table, and a fully equipped kitchen, all bathed in light thanks to the large glass partitions. The bedroom, located on the same level, features a double bed (140 cm) with direct access to the bathroom, which includes a walk-in shower. The rooftop terrace, furnished with a sofa and two armchairs, is ideal for enjoying breakfast or aperitifs while taking in the views of Bordeaux’s rooftops.
These two apartments can accommodate up to 8 people while offering independent spaces for added privacy. They combine the charm of a historic building with modern comfort. ## DEPOSIT
As part of your rental, a bank imprint of €350 is required and must be made via your Enso Connect accommodation guide. Please note that an additional administration fee of €4.50 applies.
The hold does not affect your credit card limit and is automatically cancelled within two days of your departure, subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale and the accommodation being returned in perfect condition.

Both apartments feature a Blu-Ray DVD player, air conditioning, free WiFi access, and a safe in the bedroom.

Arrivals are organized between 4 p.m. and 8:30 p.m, any late arrival is subject to additional charges.
Check-outs must be completed by 10:00 AM at the latest.
## ACCESS & PARKING
From Mérignac Airport:
Take tram line A from “Aéroport de Mérignac” to “Hôtel de Ville” and walk for 6 minutes.
From Saint Jean Train Station:
Take bus line 1 from “Gare Saint Jean” to “Palais de Justice” and walk for 7 minutes, or take tram line C from “Gare Saint Jean” to “Place de la Bourse” and walk for 11 minutes.
For car parking, street parking is free only from 7:00 PM to 9:00 AM and on Sundays and public holidays.
The apartment does not have a private parking space. The public “Clemenceau Auditorium” parking lot is located 350 meters away, with a daily rate of €30.
