The Gîte Océan – Domaine du Flamand
Spacious and welcoming, the Gîte Océan features a cozy living area with a fireplace, a dining space, and a fully equipped open kitchen—perfect for shared meals with family or friends.
The sleeping area includes three tastefully furnished bedrooms:
– One master bedroom with a double bed
– Two bedrooms with two single beds each, ideal for children or additional guests.
The bathroom comes with a bathtub and a double vanity, and the toilet is separate for added convenience.
Bed linen and towels are provided. A baby cot and high chair can also be made available free of charge upon request.

Enjoy your own private garden and a large furnished terrace with dining table, sun loungers, parasol, and built-in barbecue—perfect for open-air meals or relaxing afternoons under the shade of the pines.
To make the most of your stay, you’ll have access to the shared outdoor pool of the Domaine—a true haven of coolness surrounded by forest.

Miles of walking and cycling trails await, ideal for exploring in peace and quiet.
Bikes can be rented and delivered directly to your door for complete freedom as you explore the surroundings.

# SECURITY DEPOSIT

A €650 security deposit will be requested upon booking.
This amount is neither blocked nor charged, and does not affect your credit card limit. Only a €8.10 service fee will apply.
Within 7 days after your departure, and provided that the rental terms are respected and the property is returned in good condition, the pre-authorization will be automatically released—no action needed on your part.
