🔒 SECURITY DEPOSIT (Bank authorization)
A €650 bank authorization (hold) will be required for the rental. This hold is neither blocked nor debited and does not affect your credit card limit. Only a €8.10 service fee will be at your expense. Within 7 days following your departure, subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions and the return of the property in perfect condition, the hold will be automatically cancelled without any action required on your part.
