“The Gîte,” nestled in the heart of Eden Ouest, is a sophisticated 130 m² apartment designed to comfortably accommodate up to 9 people. Renovated in 2016, this apartment blends modern comfort with traditional charm, featuring three elegantly furnished bedrooms with prestigious bedding, an extra bed, as well as a convertible sofa, all ensuring a restful sleep for its guests.
The interior of the gîte is a true showcase of art and nature, where paintings and art objects are subtly integrated into a bucolic setting, turning each space into an enchanting gallery of inspiration. Guests also have the freedom to wander or relax in the leafy garden, a peaceful haven amidst the urban hustle and bustle.
Located in the iconic city of La Rochelle, “The Gîte” is an invitation to discovery, offering the luxury of total immersion in local culture and history, with the option of a homemade breakfast to start the day with elegance and finesse.
DEPOSIT
A bank imprint of 250 € will be required as part of the rental. Handled by the secure online service Swikly via a payment link, it is mandatory and must be completed before arrival at the accommodation.
The amount is neither blocked nor debited and does not affect the credit limits of your bank card. You will only have to pay a service fee of 3.27 €.
Within 7 days following your departure, and provided that the general terms and conditions of sale are respected, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.
