THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Les Minimes is a trendy neighbourhood that revolves around the large modern marina, with its coastal paths that criss-cross the park and beach. Ideal for sailing enthusiasts. Nearby cocktails to sip in the waterside bars. Student pubs and cafes surround the university buildings inland, while chic breweries serve fish and seafood from the Atlantic Ocean. The Automaton Museum displays animated figures and handmade models.
DEPOSIT
A bank deposit of €1200 is required as part of the rental. This is in the form of a payment link and is managed by the secure online service Swikly. It is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation.
The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limits. You will only have to pay a service charge of between 2€ and 30€.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.
EXCHANGES WITH TRAVELLERS
One of our receptionists will contact you on the day of your arrival to arrange your check-in time.
Arrivals are normally from 4pm to 8.30pm, however it is possible to arrive later, on request, with an extra charge of 10 euros per additional hour.
