THE ACCOMMODATION
A superb 18-metre sailing boat with 4 cabins and 3 bathrooms, this will be the perfect base for your stay in La Rochelle. You will live a unique and atypical experience in this charming boat.
As soon as you arrive on the boat, you will see a beautiful deck, nice for dining or watching the stars.
Inside you have a beautiful and spacious saloon (living room), where you can all gather for a game of cards.
On the sleeping side, 4 spacious cabins, one of which is a master cabin (very rare), will ensure the necessary comfort for your stay.
– a 1st cabin with a double bed for 2 people with its adjoining shower room
– a 2nd cabin with a double bed for 2 persons
– a 3rd cabin with a double bed for 2 persons and a bunk bed for 1 child
– a 4th cabin with a single bed for 1 person and a bunk bed for 1 child
The cabins can accommodate a total of 9 people, with a maximum of 7 adults, due to the two bunk beds not being suitable for adults.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Between land and sea, you are in the heart of the history of La Rochelle, in the lively port district with the atmosphere of a traditional fishing village, 1mn walk from the Encan area. You are in the Gabut district known for its brightly coloured wooden architecture. The aquarium of La Rochelle and the maritime museum are very popular places to visit. The quayside is a great place to go for a walk among the moored sailing boats.
DEPOSIT
A bank imprint of 1700€ will be requested as part of the rental. This is in the form of a payment link and is managed by the secure online service Swikly. It is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation.
The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limits. You will only have to pay a service charge of between 2€ and 30€.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.

Arrivals are normally from 4pm to 8.30pm, however it is possible to arrive later, on request, with an extra charge of 10 euros per additional hour.
