Located at the border of Biarritz and the entrance of Bidart, between the famous Biarritz Golf Course and the Ilbarritz Beach, this 3-bedroom house offers the perfect setting for an unforgettable holiday. The house features a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals just like at home, and is open to a bright living room where you can relax in peace. Direct access to the beach allows you to enjoy the joys of the ocean at any time.
A garden lounge with tables, chairs, and a parasol awaits you on a private terrace, ideal for outdoor meals or simply enjoying the Basque sun in complete privacy. The house is located in a secure hamlet, ensuring a peaceful and calm atmosphere, perfect for family holidays.

PARKING A secure parking space is provided, located in front of the property.
SERVICES
Bed linen (sheets and towels) and cleaning are included in the price, with the beds freshly made upon your arrival.
Free Wi-Fi is available and assigned to the apartment.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A €400 bank pre-authorization will be required as part of the booking.
Managed through the secure Swikly online service, this is mandatory and must be completed before your arrival. A payment of approximately 7 euros will be requested.
The amount is neither blocked nor deducted and does not impact the limits of your bank card.
Within 7 days of your departure, and provided the terms and conditions are met, as well as the property being returned in perfect condition, the pre-authorization will be automatically canceled.
GUEST INTERACTIONS
One of our receptionists will contact you on the day of your arrival to arrange your check-in time.
Check-in is usually from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, but later arrivals can be arranged upon request for an additional fee:
– For an arrival between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM: 35 euros
– For an arrival between 10:00 PM and midnight: 65 euros
– For an arrival after midnight: 100 euros
