THE ACCOMMODATION

The flat is located on the 3rd and last floor of a quiet residence, with a closed parking space at your disposal.
As soon as you enter, you are immediately seduced by the view, the luminosity, and the volumes that this flat offers.

The comfortable and luminous living room will be able to accommodate a couple with children, or two couples of friends. The open plan kitchen is fully fitted and equipped, providing you with everything you need for a successful stay, and especially for cooking your favourite dishes.

On the night side, the flat offers a total of 2 bedrooms, all of them quiet and bright, with direct access to the large south facing terrace. Both bedrooms offer a comfortable double bed and wardrobes, so you can unload your belongings and make yourself at home during your stay.

DEPOSIT

A bank imprint of 1000€ will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Swikly, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation. The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card. You will only have to pay a service fee of 6,24€.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

The elegant city centre is centred around the imposing Place Georges Clemenceau. Hindu statues are on display at the Asiatic Art Museum, while the Biarritz History Museum traces the Napoleonic era. The popular Halles food market offers truffles and artisanal breads. The tree-lined boulevards are lined with Basque tapas bars with terraces, brasseries serving mussels and wine bars, alongside delicatessens and art galleries.

EXCHANGE WITH TRAVELLERS

One of our receptionists will contact you on the day of your arrival to schedule your check-in time.
Arrivals are normally between 4pm and 8pm, although later arrivals are possible on request and at an additional cost.
For arrival between 8pm and 10pm: 35 euros.
For arrivals between 10pm and midnight: 65 euros.
For arrivals after midnight: 100 euros.
