THE ACCOMMODATION

Discover the charm and serenity in our 50 m² apartment. A true cocoon located on the third floor of a magnificent typical Bordeaux building. Designed in a colonial style, this space offers exceptional comfort in one of the most attractive districts of Bordeaux.

The apartment, perfectly suited to modern urban life, is characterized by its calm yet vibrant atmosphere. The spacious and elegantly decorated bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed. The welcoming and warm living room is ideal for relaxing after a day or a stroll in the city.

Our fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave, fridge, gas stove, coffee maker, toaster, as well as a dishwasher and washing machine, will allow you to prepare and enjoy your meals in a friendly setting. The bathroom is equipped with all the necessary amenities for daily comfort.

Our concierge service offers handover of keys in person, as well as an optional breakfast option. The apartment also has a television and high-speed Wi-Fi access.

Located near Rue Sainte-Catherine and Promenade Sainte-Catherine, the apartment enjoys a privileged location. You will be immersed in the dynamic and lively atmosphere of the neighborhood while enjoying the tranquility of your apartment. Easy access to the many tram and bus lines makes it easy to discover the riches of Bordeaux.

DEPOSIT

A bank imprint of €250 will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Swikly, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation. The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card. You will only have to pay a service fee of €3.30.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.

EXCHANGE WITH TRAVELERS

One of our receptionists will contact you on the day of your arrival to plan your check-in time.
Arrivals are normally from 4 pm to 8:30 pm, however it is possible to arrive later, on request, with a supplement of €10 per additional hour.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

From Mérignac Airport:
Take tram A or bus 1 from Mérignac Aéroport station to Gambetta Mériadeck station then walk 10 minutes.

From Saint Jean Railway Station:
Take the bus 1 from Gare Saint Jean Station to Palais de Justice station then walk 9 minutes.

The apartment has no parking.
To park your car, parking in the street is free only from 7 pm to 9 am and on Sundays and bank holidays.
The public parking « Camille Jullian » is located 150 meters from the apartment.
The price for parking is €15 for half a day.
