The kitchen is fully equipped, with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher, as well as all the necessary items to prepare your meals. The entire apartment is carefully decorated by architects, blending a sleek style with an industrial touch.

DEPOSIT
A deposit of €300 will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Swikly, it is mandotory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation. The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card. You will only have to pay a service fee of €3.30.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.
There is a noise detector “Minut” on site.

One of our receptionists will contact you the day before your arrival to schedule your check-in time.
Arrivals are normally from 4 pm to 8:30 pm, but it is possible to arrive later, on request, with a supplement of €10 per additional hour.
