## THE STUDIO
Studio Arles is a very quiet cocoon of 25 m2 located on the 3rd floor overlooking the courtyard of an 18th century bourgeois building in the heart of Bordeaux’s golden triangle and a few steps from Place des Quinconces.
Prime location
The building of classic architecture from the end of the 18th century, is located on a course shaded by lime trees, halfway between Place Tourny and the famous Place des Quinconces, whose 12 hectares of tree-lined esplanade make it the largest place in Europe. This historic heart of the city, which hosts numerous cultural and popular events, is also a public transport hub serving the entire Bordeaux metropolis. This old building does not have a lift.
Material and color play
In the living room, the sober decoration where massive oak or walnut wood, leather and linen come together, is inspired by the works of the Dutch painter Vincent Van Gogh, whose palette was illuminated in Arles, under the sun of the south of France. .
Comfort, elegance and environmental consciousness
For furniture, equipment and lighting, craftsmanship, French manufacturing and “upcycled” materials were favored.
A leather sofa bed with a comfortable Queen size bed, practical storage and a small desk make up the living room area. A large shower cabin and hairdryer for the bathroom. The toilets are separate. The kitchen area is equipped with an induction hob, table-top refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, crockery and cooking utensils. A cordless vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board complete the equipment of this very functional studio.
In this ancient but well insulated apartment, interior shutters, blackout blinds and fans have been installed to maintain coolness in summer and heat in winter.

## THE NEIGHBORHOOD
A chic, attractive and harmonious district with elegant buildings, luxury boutiques, theaters and some of Bordeaux’s finest restaurants. On one side, the district is bounded by the Cours de l’Intendance, the Cours Georges-Clémenceau and the Cours Xavier-Arnozan, the famous golden triangle with views over the Place de la Comédie, the Place Tourny, the Place des Quinconces and the Grand Théâtre. The Place des Grands Hommes, a neoclassical square, reflects the new vision of urban planning after the French Revolution. There are many English-style boutiques. All the places to meet for Bordeaux high society. A tradition you can still see at Brasserie Le Noailles. On the other side is the town hall (the impressive Palais Rohan), Saint-André cathedral and Tour Pey-Berland, a bell tower topped by a gilded bronze statue of the Lady of Aquitaine.

At the heart of a legendary wine-growing region, this dynamic, sophisticated city is one of the most elegant in France and was recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site in 2007.
Formidablement bien situé
Petit studio très bien situé et surtout au calme ce qui est un critère important vu qu’il est plein centre. Je regrette juste un canapé lit très moyen pour le couchage. Un vrai lit aurait été au top.
