The kitchen, perfectly equipped, will allow you to cook like at home, it is open to the bright living room, which you can enjoy.
Two comfortable bedrooms with plenty of storage space will accommodate your nights during your stay.
The first one has a queen size bed (160x190cm) and the second one has two single beds (180x190cm).
The shower room, comfortable and refined, offers a shower and a single vanity unit.
In a small and atypical residence, you will stay near all the places of interest of the city, the beach as well as shops and restaurants.
THE SERVICES
Linen (bedding and towels) and cleaning are included in the price, the beds will be freshly made up on your arrival.
A free wifi connection is allocated to the flat.

DEPOSIT
A 400 € bank imprint will be required as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Swikly, it is compulsory and must be made prior to arrival in the accommodation. You will have to pay a service charge of 5€.
The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limits.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.
EXCHANGES WITH TRAVELLERS
One of our receptionists will contact you on the day of your arrival to arrange your check-in time.
Arrivals are normally from 4pm to 8.30pm, however it is possible to arrive later, on request, with an extra charge of 10 euros per additional hour.
