THE ACCOMMODATION
Within Eden Ouest, the Maison des Artistes spans 130 square meters, a spacious design to accommodate up to eight guests. Renovated in 2016, every detail of this apartment has been carefully selected for its aesthetic and quality. Three main bedrooms and two additional beds make up the sleeping area, while outside, a private balcony adjoins the lush garden. The interior, a true homage to art, is dotted with paintings and art objects that blend into a bucolic setting, creating an environment that is both enchanting and inspiring. Tenants also have access to the tree-lined garden, inviting contemplation. Nestled in the heart of La Rochelle, this address is a haven of tranquility and culture, with the option to savor a homemade breakfast, starting the day on a gourmet note.
At the 1st level:
An open living space with living room, dining room with a large table that can accommodate up to 8 people, a fully equipped open kitchen and its central island. In the living room, an extra 120 cm bed.

At the 2nd level:
2 bedrooms adjoining a bathroom with shower and a laundry area.
The master suite with a dressing room and a bathroom with bathtub and shower. There is also an extra 75 cm bed in this same room.
The apartment can also be coupled with the other apartment, as well as the Eden Ouest guest rooms located in the same building complex.
DEPOSIT
A bank imprint of €1000 will be required as part of the rental. Managed by the secure online service Swikly via a payment link, it is mandatory and must be completed before arrival at the accommodation.
The amount is neither blocked nor debited and does not impact the credit limits of your bank card. You will only have to pay a service fee of €12.30.
Within 7 days following your departure, and provided that the general terms and conditions of sale are respected, as well as the property being returned in perfect condition, this operation is automatically canceled.
