HOUSING

This pleasant, warm and cosy apartment will provide you with an excellent pied-à-terre in the heart of Bordeaux, in a lively and animated but quiet area! Entirely renovated a few months ago, this beautiful apartment tastefully decorated and located in a beautiful typical Bordeaux building will seduce you by its privileged location in the city!

Located on the 1st floor on the street side, it has all the necessary equipment for your comfort (Wifi, basic products, Nespresso coffee machine, hair dryer, TV, iron, fan).
Equipped with 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (140cm), it will be ideal to accommodate 4 people!
Sheets and towels are provided and will be freshly ironed on your arrival!
A baby cot is also provided free of charge and is available in the accommodation (sheets not provided).

DEPOSIT

A bank imprint of 250€ will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Swikly, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation. The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card. You will only have to pay a service fee of 3,27€.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.

EXCHANGES WITH TRAVELLERS

Katja will contact you on the day of your arrival to plan your check-in time.
Arrivals are normally from 4pm to 8.30pm, however it is possible to arrive later, on request, with an extra charge of 10 euros per extra hour.

THE LOCATION

Facing the Gare Saint-Jean, you have a quality location, close to all places of interest! The tramway line C passes 100 meters from the apartment, and serves all the strategic places of the city.

From Mérignac Airport :
Take bus 1 from the Mérignac Airport stop to the Gare Saint-Jean stop and walk 1 minute.

From Gare St Jean :
Walk 1 minute.

To park your car, street parking is free only from 7pm to 9am and on Sundays and holidays.
The apartment has no parking, the public car park “Place de la Victoire” is located 200 meters from the apartment.
The price for parking is 19€ for the day.
