THE FLAT
This T1 flat is located on the 3rd floor with lift, and will delight you with its cocooning decor and soft, cosy atmosphere, in a peaceful setting with all the comforts you could wish for. A pretty wooden terrace welcomes you for breakfast in the sun.
It is located in one of Bordeaux’s most beautiful districts, a stone’s throw from the Allées de Tourny. Museums, theatres, cinemas, restaurants, bars and shops are all in the immediate vicinity.
DEPOSIT
A €250 bank deposit will be required as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Swikly, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation.
The amount is not blocked or debited, and does not affect your credit card limits. You will only have to pay a service charge of €3.27.
Within 14 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale and the property being returned in perfect condition, this transaction is automatically cancelled.
EXCHANGES WITH TRAVELLERS
One of our receptionists will contact you on the day of your arrival to arrange your check-in time. Arrivals are normally between 4pm and 8.30pm. However, it is possible to arrive later, on request, for a supplement of 10 euros per additional hour.
BREAKFAST
We offer a breakfast delivery service during your stay. Menus, details and prices will be available in the flat, and you can also ask your concierge for more information.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
From Mérignac Airport :
Take bus 1 from the Mérignac Aéroport stop to the Gambetta Mériadeck stop and walk 8 minutes
From Gare St Jean :
Take tram line C or D from Gare St Jean to Quinconces and walk 5 minutes.
Street parking is free only from 7pm to 9am and on Sundays and public holidays.
The flat does not have its own car park; the “Tourny” public car park is located 500 metres from the flat. Parking costs €20 per day.
