## THE APARTMENT
Make yourself comfortable in this cosy, bright apartment, which has been decorated with care to create a warm, urban atmosphere. The apartment has a pleasant, light-filled living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a relaxation area with sofa and armchairs, perfect for unwinding.
There are three spacious and comfortable bedrooms upstairs:
– Two have double beds and storage space.
– The third has a double sofa bed.
Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and two have shower rooms. The third bedroom has a bathroom with a bath.
A baby crib can be provided for an additional €15 a day
## SECURITY DEPOSIT
A bank imprint of €500 will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Stripe, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation. The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card.
Within 2 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.
## GUEST INTERACTIONS
One of our receptionists will contact you on the day of your arrival to arrange your check-in time.
Arrivals are organized between 4 p.m. and 8:30 p.m, any late arrival is subject to additional charges.
## THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Located in Bordeaux’s chic district, at the heart of the Golden Triangle, you will have access to luxury boutiques, Michelin-starred restaurants, and traditional brasseries like Le Noailles. Tourist attractions, art museums such as the Bordeaux Museum of Fine Arts, the Public Garden, and Place de la Bourse are all within walking distance!
On one side, the district is bordered by Cours Georges Clémenceau and Place Tourny, featuring the renowned Golden Triangle with Place de la Comédie, Place des Quinconces, and the Grand Théâtre. Place des Grands Hommes, a neo-classical neighborhood, reflects the new urban vision after the French Revolution.
On the other side, you’ll find the City Hall (the impressive Palais Rohan), Saint-André Cathedral, and the Pey-Berland Tower, a bell tower topped with a gilded bronze statue of the Lady of Aquitaine.
## ACCESS
From Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport:
Take Tram A from the airport to the “Hôtel de Ville” station, then walk for 10 minutes.
Or take Bus 1 from the “Aéroport” stop to the “Gambetta Mériadeck” station, then walk for 12 minutes.
From Bordeaux Saint-Jean train station:
Take Tram C from the Saint-Jean station to the “Quinconces” stop, then walk for 10 minutes.
## PARKING
Street parking is free only between 7:00 PM and 9:00 AM, as well as on Sundays and public holidays.
The apartment does not have private parking. The “Clémenceau-Auditorium” public parking garage is located 100 meters from the apartment. Rates vary depending on duration, with a daily rate available.
