Beautiful comfortable apartment for 4, in the center, very quiet street

So comfy! Central, quite and comfortable!

The apartment was in a great location and was ok for a few days. However, the wifi was incredibly slow and we were working remote there for those days. The beds were not really big enough for two and not very comfortable. If you need somewhere cheap for in Bordeaux it’s fine but not the best you can get!

Appartement idéalement situé au pied de la Cathédrale Saint André. Beaux volumes et pierres apparentes. Vous profiterez de Bordeaux sa vieille ville et ces monuments sans voiture.
Nous regerettons simplement les odeurs nauséabondes dans les parties communes et le manque d’isolation phonique ( même si l’appartement est en zone piétonne) surtout dans la chambre qui donne sur la rue.

Bel appartement dans une rue pietonne, cosy avec 2 chambres, celle donnant sur la rue étant tout de même bruyante, le simple vitrage laissant passer les bruits de rue, (camion poubelle et personnes festives) en revanche celle côté cour est très calme. Toutes commodités, appartement bien fourni. Bémol sur la douche un peu rustique, on ne peut suspendre le pommeau.

The apartment was very beautiful and had a perfect location, in the city center of Bordeaux.
The communication with the concierge Mandy was also great and clear.

The only flaw was the showerhead, which was hanging too low. When you shower you have to hold the showerhead above your head.

Le logement est très bien placé, dans le centre ville : tout est visitable à pied. Il est parfait pour un séjour à 4 : deux chambres avec lit double.

Location is great, easy access to the tram lines, restaurants and stores. The apartment is up one set of curving stairs, that are a little difficult to maneuver with luggage. Bedrooms are perfect size, lots of storage and the beds were comfortable.

Only downfall was check in procedure, you have to meet the concierge for the apartment and since we were running late we were asked to pay her 20 Euros. We checked in at 9pm, not knowing there would be a late fee we just took our time getting there. One other con was no toilet paper was left, only a 1/4 of a roll so we had to go buy some in the morning.

Die Lage ist echt toll, weil sehr zentral (Nähe von Tour Pey Berland) und dennoch ruhig in einer kleinen Seitenstraße. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem typischen Altbau und ist sehr geräumig. Sie hat 2 Schlafzimmer, wobei das Schlafzimmer zum Hinterhof ggü. dem zur Straße hin, das ruhigere ist. Die Betten sind mit weißer Bettwäsche bezogen, was ich schön finde. Bei der Küche, der Toilette und dem Badzimmer allerdings sieht man, dass die Wohnung in die Jahre gekommen ist und renovierungsbedürftig sind. Alle 3 Räume sind insgesamt sauber, aber das Alter mit den Macken am Fliesenboden und den Möbeln (Küchenmöbel, Badewanne und Badeschrank) vermitteln nicht die Sauberkeit. Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock ohne Aufzug. Geduscht wird in der Badewanne. Folglich ist die Wohnung für ältere und behinderte Personen ungeeignet. Insgesamt jedoch haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, alleine für die Wohnung angewendet, stimmt nicht, die Top-Lage jedoch kompensiert dies.

Apartamento bonito situado en el centro de la ciudad. Limpio y con buena dotación. Esta situado en una calle peatonal por lo que el descanso está garantizado. Nos facilitaron la llegada y la acogida. Muy amables. Unicamente creo que deberian advertir que el acceso al apartamento, situado en un primer piso, puede conllevar alguna dificultad. Totalmente recomendable!

Très bel appartement, bien situé dans une rue calme au centre ville. Propriétaires arrangeant sur les horaires. Le seul bémol est le simple vitrage qui fait qu’on entend tout ce qui se passe à l’extérieur.

Difficulté pour joindre l’agence de location.
À l’heure d’arrivée qui était prévue, aucune nouvelle de l’agence et injoignable.
Linge de maison pas complétement propres. Vaisselle sale.

Le logement est bien situé pour découvrir Bordeaux, en plein centre ville. Il est bien décoré dans le salon et agréable dans les chambres.
La rue est très bruyante, entre les poubelles et les gens qui hurlent… la lumière est pénétrante même en ayant fermé les volets anciens. La salle de bain et la cuisine sont « vieillots » et ne donnent pas envie de cuisiner et de s’y attarder.
A noter que la cuisine et la vaisselle était très sale.

Les draps sont en supplément pour 49 €, très cher pour un simple draps et une serviette. En ayant payé ce prix là, on s’attend à avoir le lit fait et ne pas à avoir mettre les couettes, le soir de son arrivée avant de pouvoir se coucher..
Le supplément de 10€ pour arrivée 20 minutes après 20h30 est également hallucinant, surtout quand on doit attendre la personne sous la pluie pendant 30 minutes car elle est en retard!!
Logement bien placé, déco sympa dans le salon mais trop cher pour les prestations fournies et trop de suppléments injustifiés.

Pour être honnête à cause de commentaires négatifs un peu plus en bas nous avions peur d’aller sur place et de trouver des défauts

Mais tout était PARFAIT Les remarques ont bien été prises en compte et nous avons eu un échange parfait avec nos hôtes.

L’appartement est très joli et excessivement bien situé. Attention, il est en zone piétonne et on ne peut décharger les bagages devant. Si vous êtes chargé c’est pas des plus pratique. Un peu bruyant quand les fenêtres sont ouvertes. La cuisine et la salle de bain mériteraient un coup de frais.
La mauvaise surprise Booking.com a été les 49 euros de frais de ménage a rajouter et les 250 euros de caution à donner à l’arrivée. Ces deux informations sont très peu visibles lors de la réservation.

The apartment is lovely and in a great location in central Bordeaux.

We had a fantastic time while in Bordeaux, discovering all the sights, the local music, the food which was super ( try out the local markets).
Look forward to retuning to find more delights of Bordeaux.

Gorgeous apartment located in the heart of the city center. Walking distance to all the main landmarks, boulevards, metro station. Bedroom that faces the front of the building can be noisy and the street lamp can be annoying, so if you are a light sleeper you are better off with the other bedroom, which is completely quit and dark at night.
Kitchen is well equipped, espresso maker worked great (it was a life saver for us since we drink a lot of coffee). Toilet is separated from shower and sink, which worked perfectly for us. There is a bath tub with a handheld shower, not a proper shower over your head. Water pressure was great, I have no complaints.
Overall, it’s a GREAT apartment, beautifully decorated, spacious, and in a great location.

Such an enjoyable stay. Perfect location and very comfortable. Definitely will get back.

Best location, organisation perfekt, accommodation fitting our expectation = great vacation. Wie went in early October. Wie think, that during a winter vacation is the Appartement maybe to cold, because the windows are not really shutting the wind out. But that’s only a guess. We enjoyed the stay.

très joliment agencé et agréable tant que le voisin d’en face ne choisisse pas de mettre la musique à fond au milieu de la nuit. D’autre part, le lampadaire éclaire la pièce côté rue comme en plein jour et le ramassage des ordures à 23h est très bruyant!

We had a great stay with Marc as our host. He explained everything in a clear and friendly manner. The appartement itself was beautiful. The living room was the star of the show with a great show of taste en luxury.
The kitchen and bathroom were a bit older, but fully functional.
Everything was clean and ready to use.
The appartement is located in a very good neighborhood, close to the heart of the old city. Shopping and restaurants are all just around the corner.

Dommage le ménage ne semblait pas avoir été fait complètement depuis les derniers locataires (frigo sale, cartons laissés dans la cuisine, moutons sous les lits, miettes au sol et reste de sucre sur meuble Tv).
