As part of your rental, a €500 bank pre-authorization is required and must be completed through your Enso Connect accommodation guide. Please note that an additional management fee of €6.30 applies.
The pre-authorization does not affect your card’s credit limit and is automatically released within two days of your departure, provided the general terms and conditions are met and the property is returned in perfect condition.

⏰ CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in between 4:00 PM and 8:30 PM; any late arrival is subject to additional charges.
We will contact you the day before your arrival to arrange your welcome.

🚗 PARKING
Free street parking from 7:00 PM to 9:00 AM, as well as on Sundays and public holidays. The Place de la Bourse public car park is located 500 metres from the apartment (paid parking).

You will be staying on Rue Ausone, in the vibrant heart of Bordeaux, steps away from museums, theatres, cinemas, restaurants, bars and shops. Tram lines A and C (Porte de Bourgogne) are accessible within a one-minute walk, to explore the city with complete freedom.
From Mérignac Airport: tram A to Palais de Justice, then to Porte de Bourgogne (2-minute walk).
From Gare Saint-Jean: tram C to Porte de Bourgogne (5-minute walk).

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. We have a zero-tolerance policy on this matter.
