ACCOMMODATION

The flat is close to the famous Place des Quinconces and Place de la Bourse, and is located two blocks from the Grand Théâtre, the beginning of Sainte-Catherine Street and the Golden Triangle.

DEPOSIT

A bank imprint of 500€ will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Swikly, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation. The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card. You will only have to pay a service fee of 6,24€.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.

EQUIPMENT

A tumble dryer, washing machine, ironing board, iron and drying rack are available for self-service in a room in the common areas.

DEPOSIT

The deposit is managed by the secure online service Swikly. It is compulsory and charged between 3€ and 7€.
The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount of use of your credit card.
In the 7 days following your departure, and subject to the respect of the general conditions of sale as well as the return of the flat in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.

EXCHANGES WITH TRAVELLERS

One of our concierges will contact you on the day of your arrival to plan your check-in time.
Arrivals are normally from 4pm to 8.30pm, however it is possible to arrive later, on request, with an extra charge of 10 euros per extra hour.

BREAKFAST

We offer a breakfast delivery service during your stay. Menus, details and prices will be available in the flat, and you can also ask your concierge for more information.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

From Mérignac Airport :
Take bus line 1 from the Mérignac Airport stop to the Gambetta Mériadeck stop, then take bus line 3 from the Gambetta Mériadeck stop to the Quinconces stop and walk for 3 minutes.

From the Gare St Jean :
Take tramway line C or D from the Gare St Jean stop to the Place de la Bourse stop and walk for 4 minutes.

To park your car, street parking is free only from 7pm to 9am and on Sundays and public holidays.
The flat does not have a car park, the public car park “Bourse – Jean Jaurès” is located 500 metres from the flat.
The price for parking is 22€ for 24 hours.
