DEPOSIT

A 250€ bank imprint will be required as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Swikly, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation.
The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limits. You will only have to pay a service charge of €3.27.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.

EXCHANGES WITH TRAVELLERS

One of our receptionists will contact you on the day of your arrival to arrange your check-in time.
Arrivals are normally from 4pm to 8.30pm, however it is possible to arrive later, on request, with an extra charge of 10 euros per additional hour.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

From Mérignac Airport:
Take bus 1 from the Mérignac Aéroport stop to the Gambetta Mériadeck stop, then walk 5 minutes and take bus 15 from the Gambetta stop to the Martinique stop.

From Gare St Jean :
Take tramway C from Gare St Jean to Paul Doumer stop and walk 5 minutes.
